Jenny is the Director and the founder of the business. Jenny is a graduate of both the University of Kent and University of Wales, obtaining a 2:1 in French and an MBA.
Jenny is MCIPD qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development); and has over 30 years HR generalist, talent acquisition and management experience both at a strategic and operational level within blue-chip companies across a variety of industry sectors. In 2015 Jenny started her own HR company, specialising in advising clients on employment law matters and HR practices. Jenny lives near Chepstow with her two sons.
